Jzan Vern Tero Wows Judges of ‘Pilipinas Got Talent’

12-year-old Jzan Vern Tero surprised everyone, including the judges, in the Cebu leg of Pilipinas Got Talent. Jzan sang “Hush Hush” by the Pussycat Dolls and it was the most “fabulous” performance on the premiere episode of Pilipinas Got Talent.

Didi Benami worked with Jason Reeves

Didi Benami’s performance of “Terrified” on the February 9th episode of American Idol may be gaining her some fans, but there’s something she left out. The song “Terrified” is written by Kara DioGuardi (which Didi mentioned) and Jason Reeves. Jason Reeves is a songwriter who has worked with Colbie Caillat, Demi Lovato, and Katharine McPhee. On Didi’s MySpace, she mentions that she has worked with Jason before, stating, “Special Thanks to Jason Reeves for being a magical genius collaborator. I look forward to seeing you again soon…and keep the magic flowing….”

Ellen DeGeneres Boosts Fox’s Ratings on American Idol 2010

When FOX announced Ellen DeGeneres was coming in to replace Paula Abdul on American Idol,  so many people claimed to NEVER watch the show again. well figures speaks for itself,  since 28 million viewers tuned in to see her debut Tuesday night.  This was the largest number since the season premiere.  In fact, it is the largest viewing in two years that didn’t include the finale or debut.
